Since NLAOT's establishment in the 1960's, we have seen extensive growth in both therapists and services within Newfoundland Labrador. It is through the active role of NLAOT members that we have been able to advocate for our profession and expand as an association. As a profession we stand strong in our beliefs and in our commitment to our clients and our communities. As far as we have come as a profession, we are striving to go further as our communities are expanding, our population is aging and our client's needs are increasing.
